Chudlen Retreat

Chudlen is the Tibetan ancient practice of rejuvenation and anti-aging. As we will be also doing chudlen practice, we will be fasting during the 7-day concise guru yoga practice. We will be doing a gradual fast with juices and chudlen pills.

Medicine Buddha Healing Practice Teaching & Transmission with Dr. Nida

 

This teaching introduces several practices used for healing oneself and others in various life circumstances. They include visualizations, mantra chanting and retreat instructions. The lineage of Medicine Buddha is presented in Hinayana, Sutrayana, Vajrayana and its own healing tradition.

This is especially vital for those who wants to guide Medicine buddha healing practice, you will be examined by Dr.Nida and he will give transmission for you to benefit more people.

Many slowly developing chronic diseases are caused by cold. They need to be studied with a focus on prevention. In The optional module TTM 2.5 Cold Natured Disorders (5 days) deals with etiology, diagnostics and treatment of:

Reading Transmission on Oral Transmission Tantra (third tantra) with Dr.Machik from Amdo Tibet.

The reading transmission is passed down from Medicine Buddha himself, we have had reading transmissions of 1st and 2nd Tantras in the past congress, Reading Transmission of 3rd Tantra will be the first time to take place and we believe it is an auspicious event for all TTM students and pratitioners. 

Moreover for the new school in Estonia for spreading Traditional Tibetan Medicine.
